Section 16
To Hold Discussion As To The Case Related To Offence
In the following circumstances, the court may, with the consent of both the victim and the accused, hold discussion between the victim and the accused on any matter related to the offence:
(a) Where the court is satisfied that such discussion would assist in the settlement of the dispute,
(b) Where the discussion is held under the supervision of the court,
(a) Where holding discussion is not prejudicial to public interest and justice.
